Create a Pet Portal Profile
Creating a Profile in our Pet Parent Portal is the first step. Click the black button at the top of the page!
Through your Pet Profile you can request Boarding, Daycare, or Grooming any time of day! Click the link to see how!
Upload Vet Records
Once you have a Profile built, you can email your records to MDB@shots.pet or upload the filedirectly to your Profile.
